1. Course Enrollment Confirmation

Course enrollment is confirmed only after:

• Completion of the admission process

• Successful payment of the course fee (full or partial)

• Confirmation from ScaleUp AI Marketing Institute

Once the enrollment is confirmed, the student will receive course details, schedule, and access to training resources.

2. Refund Policy

Course fees once paid are generally non-refundable.

However, refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:

• The student requests cancellation before the course batch begins

• Duplicate payments made by mistake

• Technical or payment errors during the transaction

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 working days using the original payment method whenever possible.

Any applicable payment gateway or transaction charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Cancellation by Student

Students who wish to cancel their enrollment must notify the institute through official communication channels before the course begins.

If the cancellation request is received after the batch has started, the course fee will generally not be eligible for a refund.

4. Cancellation or Rescheduling by the Institute

ScaleUp AI Marketing Institute reserves the right to:

• Reschedule course batches

• Change training schedules

• Cancel a batch due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, students will be offered:

• Enrollment in the next available batch, or

• A partial or full refund, depending on the situation.

5. EMI and Third-Party Payment Providers

If a student chooses to pay course fees through EMI or third-party financing partners, the following conditions apply:

• EMI terms will be governed by the respective financial service provider

• Students must follow the repayment policies of the EMI provider

• ScaleUp AI Marketing Institute is not responsible for disputes related to EMI agreements

Refund eligibility may vary depending on the terms of the EMI provider.

6. Non-Transferable Enrollment

Course enrollments are non-transferable. Students cannot transfer their admission or course access to another person without approval from the institute.
